Hi Drum Corps People!
I'm just a guy like you who has Drum Corps DNA embedded in my body. :)
I am a huge High School marching band fan and have been the public address announcer for Bands of America since 1988.
I marched with:
The Golden Knights, Southgate, Kentucky - 1980 (Guard)
The Madison Scouts, Madison, Wisconsin - 1981-1984 (Guard)
I was the C.O. along with Randy Black for Madison's Guard in 1984.
I was part of the Scouts' staff in 1985 and 1986 (through Memorial day) and was a proud member of the Madison Scouts Alumni Reunion Project at Camp Randall Stadium in 2006.
ALL of the friends I have kept dear to my heart are those I have met through my associations in music and music education. Drum and Bugle Corps and it's people are my family.
I extend a huge Thank You to Tony Jenners for starting this networking site. (Mommy drinks because you drop!)
